About Maclin Power Fencing:
Maclin Power Fencing commenced business in 1998 specialising in electrified security fencing in Tzaneen, Limpopo Province, South Africa becoming an accredited dealer for Gallagher Power Fence Systems in the same year.
Our core business is the construction of game and security fencing. We are suppliers of a large range of fencing materials (steel, wire and electrification products) and are manufacturers of offset brackets. In addition, we offer a consultation service for fence planning, design and maintenance.
Skills Development, Training and Employment:
We operate all our large projects on a small core of experienced personnel, offering employment, skills development and training to the members of the surrounding communities.
General:
- We are registered with UIF, PAYE and Workmen's Compensation and have an immaculate worker’s safety record. No claims have ever had to be lodged with Workmen’s Compensation since the start of operations in 1998.
- Our accounting department is up to date in all aspects. Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, UIF and Workmen's Compensation levies are all up to date and we are in possession of a current Tax Clearance Certificate. For reference, please request referral to our auditors.
- Maclin Power Fencing, together with some of the major fencing contractors and suppliers in South Africa, have formed an association called SAGFA (South African Game Fencing Association). This association has been formed primarily with the client in mind. It happens frequently in this industry that an ill-informed client can end up paying vast sums of money, only to find that he has been given the wrong advice by inexperienced contractors, and that his electrification is inadequate and will not protect the game species contained within.
